1.4.9 Callshop clients

The Callshop is a service where customers make calls, usually from phones installed in booths, and then pay at cash desk. The Callshop module comes with a web portal for monitoring and managing the cabins. The details of the Callshop service are explained in this chapter TODO dodac link.

Callshop client is a compound account which has other accounts grouped under it. The other accounts – cabins, can be retail or wholesale types. The billing properties and balance is set only for the Callshop client.

Cabins can be added from the Cabins tab from the edit panel of the Callshop client.

Costs of the calls made by the cabin clients are incurred by the Callshop account.

The tariff assigned to a cabin is separate from the tariff assigned to the Callshop. This tariff is used to calculate customer cost and should have higher rates than the Callshop tariff. The difference between those tariff's rates is the profit for the Callshop. A Callshop client can change cabins' rates through the Callshop web interface. The tariff assigned to the Callshop client is the cost the Callshop operator pays to you - the provider.

The Callshop operator can print invoices (bills) directly from the callshop web portal. In the VSM you can define the invoice template and seller details for each callshop account.
