1.11 Reports

The system provides various reports in the most important areas such as traffic, sales and users. The data presented in the CDR panel are read from voipswitch schema’s tables. They are actual records representing events logged by voipswitch application and its additional modules.

The charts base on a preprocessed data stored in the bi schema tables. The selected events are copied from the voipswitch tables to the bi schema where a set of procedures retrieve the desired information and store them in form of snapshots of aggregated data created every given interval, by default every 15 minutes. The data allow then for creating different usage statistics showing changes in time.
