1.15 Callback tasks
The Callback Task feature allows you to initiate a call immediately or schedule it for a specific time and date.
The system first calls the source number, and when answered, connects to the destination number.
Callback Types:
Call - Schedule a callback call.
Fax - Send a fax at a specified time and date.
Client Types:
Retail - Uses a retail account as the source.
PBX Sub-account - Uses a PBX sub-account as the source.
Additional Settings:
Max Tries: Sets the number of call attempts (default is 3).
Execution Time: Defines the call start time. For immediate calls, we suggest an earlier time (e.g., set 7:00 when current time is 9.00).
Source Number: Retail or PBX account login if calling an offnet number.
Source Caller ID: Displayed caller ID for the source party.
Destination Number: Offnet number (e.g., +448889393939).
Destination Caller ID: Displayed caller ID for the destination party.
