Integrating with Salesforce required several steps to be done on both VUC and in your Salesforce account.
There are two parts of the integration:
Web phone element accessible directly from Salesforce portal – it lets you make and receive calls without leaving the Salesforce. For inbound calls it opens the contact page for recognized caller IDs
API to API integration, create tickets for both inbound and outbound calls made from any device – works with desktop phones or our mobile apps
