25. Salesforce

Integrating with Salesforce required several steps to be done on both VUC and in your Salesforce account.

There are two parts of the integration:

  • Web phone element accessible directly from Salesforce portal – it lets you make and receive calls without leaving the Salesforce. For inbound calls it opens the contact page for recognized caller IDs

  • API to API integration, create tickets for both inbound and outbound calls made from any device – works with desktop phones or our mobile apps
