VUC Portal manual is available in the separate section.

VUC is a self-care user portal which combines account management and communication services.

Company account settings and auto attendant/PBX configuration panels are available only to the admin user.

Functions available to the admin user only:

-          Company account configuration

• Adding new users
• Provisioning devices
• Managing auto attendant
• Managing PBX functions
  • dialing plan
  • hunt groups
  • greetings
  • parkings

Functions available to all users (including the admin user):

-          Personal settings (My profile)

• Avatar
• Status text
• Presence status
• Answering rules
• Voicemail
• Greetings

-          Communication

• Video and audio calling between users – encrypted with DTLS/SRTP protocol
• Instant messaging – encrypted with TLS protcol
• Faxing
• Conferences (video and audio)
• Screen sharing
• SMS to external numbers
• Audio calling to external numbers
