23.8. Contacts

A provisioned device downloads the contact directory from the platform. There are three directory types:

• Company directory – contains the company users

• Contacts – contacts created in the cloud (from VUC portal) and contacts shared from mobile apps

• Channels – list of available channels, selecting a channel will make a call to the channel’s audio bridge

To open the directory, click on the button labeled Contacts (below the LCD display) and then choose one of the directory and navigate using the buttons below to find a contact and make a call.
