2.6.1 Provisioning

When you install the dialer the very first screen which you see contains two options:

  • Log in with Provisioning number

  • Log in with company email and password



Provisioning number

System administrator should send an SMS with a short code to the mobile numbers of the devices. On receiving the code the app will be provisioned and ready to be used instantly. On iPhone a user has to type in the code.

 

Email and Password

Put your company email and password for your account and tap next. You will be logged to the system with all your information from your account.
