VSM Dashboard

The first panel when you log in to the VSM is the dashboard. The dashboard lets you have a glimpse into the current traffic status.

The information shown in the dashboard include:

  • Number of connected calls at the moment.
  • Number of pending calls (excluding connected calls).
  • Number of registered clients
  • Calls list

The call list shows the latest calls related events. They include the connected, pending, completed and failed calls. The calls are shown in near real time, with a delay of maximum few seconds which is the refresh interval. Each status has its own icon.

For each call you can see the relevant information such as:

  • Date and time
  • Login of the calling client
  • Call status
  • Called number

For ended and failed calls there are additional messages on the release reason or the error code.

In addition the panel lets you search for a registered client (by login). Also in the calls list you can filter by the client type, login or the phone number.

The dashboard can be opened from mobile devices as it is fully based on html5 standard.
