Call through

Call through - setup dedicated for calling cards services which enables customers to define their authorization PIN number and caller ID list for pinless dialing.

Greetings

It enables customers to record their greetings for voicemail service.

Follow me

A user can set rules for behavior when a call is rejected (either by the user or cannot be delivered for some other reason), depending on who is calling and to which phone number/DID. The actions include call forwarding to another phone number or to voicemail.

In addition, a voicemail greeting and the greeting being played while connecting can be personalized depending on the caller.

Do not disturb

A user can make a list of the caller IDs which will be blocked, i.e. calls coming from those numbers will not be sent to the user. Instead, they will be routed based on user selection – either to voicemail or be forwarded to another number.

A user can also set the option ANY, which makes him unavailable to anybody.

Quick calling

This feature enables users to map a local access number (DID) to any destination number.

A user first dial an access number, is authenticated by his caller ID or is asked for entering PIN. Once authorized the system will check if there is any Quick calling defined for this particular access number. If there is then the system will automatically start calling the defined destination number. Thanks to this feature a user does not have to enter the destination number every time when dialing through access number.

Speed dial

Allows users to define short numbers and map them with the full phone numbers. It lets you save time especially when calling through an access number (dial in service).

Recordings

From this menu a user can listen to his recorded OFFNET calls, both inbound and outbound. The recording option has to be enabled by the operator. If it is on then all calls will be automatically recorded and listed in this menu. A user can listen directly from the browser.
