3.17.3 Plans

Plans are described in great details in voipswitch documentation. In the RCS clients the plans created through VSM are presented in the Plans screen. A user can buy one or many plans. The purchased plans are marked as active and cannot be bought again.

All the tasks related with handling plans and charging for them are done on the server side. On the client they can only be ordered.

The plans can be recurring or one time. Although this setting depends on the configuration on the server the RCS applications do not have an option to cancel subscription as it was designed for one time plans.

Note: In order to allow users to buy plans this option has to be enabled in the application. Make sure you select this option in the deployment document form you receive from us. Once the applications are generated and published this option cannot be enabled without going through the whole process again.
