3.12.2 Phone numbers (DIDs)

The RCS client applications allow for ordering virtual numbers (DIDs). The DID service has to be configured on the server side in VSM. The DIDs can be stored in blocks in the database or the system can be connected to DID providers offering their service through API. Please check the voipswitch documentation to learn more.

Note: In order to allow users to buy DIDs this option has to be enabled in the application. Make sure you select this option in the deployment document form you receive from us. Once the applications are generated and published this option cannot be enabled without going through the whole process again.
